Aboodi Shabi is Head of Coaching and Training for Newfield Network, and a Professional Certified Coach through International Coach Federation.  Widely recognised as a pioneer and leader in the UK and European Coaching community, he was a founding co-President of the UK ICF, and has served the profession at all levels internationally.  He has worked in the field of personal development for over twenty years, and in coaching since 1996.  In that time, he has worked with hundreds of coaches across the world.

Aboodi has worked with senior leaders in Fortune 500 companies, and also works as a coach to several leadership consultants. Aboodi is a sought after speaker at coaching events, and has spoken in coaching chapters across the UK, Europe and North America, as well as being regular speaker at Association for Coaching Conferences in London.  Aboodi runs, and teaches in, workshops and seminars for coaches across Europe and North America, including Newfield's programs.

Born in London to an Iraqi Jewish father and a Lebanese Christian mother, Aboodi has a deep interest and passion around intercultural connections and conversations.
