Dreamcatchers is not a company, and is presently not intended to become one. We hold it as a platform and umbrella that enables us to offer and communicate our individual skills and professional experiences under a "collaborative brand".

David and Richard have joined Urs as the Initiator in the Core Team, and we each bring our unique flavour to Dreamcatchers work, as described in "Your Solutions". And we are envisioning a Network of Associate Dreamcatchers.

While Urs is calm and reflective, bringing his diverse cross-cultural experience to his clients as a Mentor and Guide, David is focused on achieving results and loves to be hands-on as a Consultant and Strategist. Richard is a passionate Coach and Facilitator, who has a strong desire for bringing out the best in his clients. And we all support and learn from each other in the process.

We have obviously explored our own values in a team alignment process, and we strongly recommend that any team with a purpose and mission is aligning their values focus.
