David Crosweller
David's career has been based around marketing. He has experienced highs and lows and has managed to keep positive during both! For the past twelve years he has been managing a charity, Wherever the Need (WTN), of which he is a Co-Founder. He recognised the validity of this work first as a client when Urs worked at WTN, and subsequent discussions led both to consider the issues faced by and surrounding NGOs. Of course, many of these issues are not unique to the third sector.
Understanding the day-to-day problems that he has faced during his work in this field, he is pleased to be able to offer his experience to assist others. Sharing best practices in overcoming the issues they face as they endeavour to deliver support to those less able to help themselves. He has travelled extensively to India and Africa, often under difficult circumstances and has been able to maintain his enthusiasm and vibrant energy by following his core values.
