Richard Bellars
Richard is passionate about developing transformational leadership and realising potential, adapting his skills as coach, facilitator and speaker to specialise in developing and empowering leaders and high achievers from the inside out for their greatest excellence in pioneering performance, impact and influence. Richard’s career background includes work-flow and business process re-engineering in more than 15 businesses in Europe over 7 years, and across a spectrum of industries ranging from aerospace to pharmaceuticals, beverages to public sector (Diageo, Hewlett-Packard, Lufthansa…)
Richard is a graduate (BA) in Modern Languages (fluent French and Spanish), and a visiting lecturer at Henley Business School (University of Reading) and London Metropolitan University, and visiting tutor, facilitator and lecturer at University College London on such topics as Authentic Leadership, Trust in Effective Leadership, Women as Leaders, Team Dynamics and Communication for High Performance. Richard is part of the Mowgli Mentoring programme, which is supporting young entrepreneurs in the Middle East and beyond.
